EYC GROUP WORKSHOPS
Collective Creative Caring
The EYC group workshop is movement-based. It incorporates grounding exercises, breathing and fun drama games to connect with your inner child. A wonderful workshop that provides the opportunity to release tension, laugh with each other and have fun. An innovative team building activity that has the wellbeing of the participant in mind.
Brainstorming goals creatively
We all need the opportunity to connect with our inner desires. Creative mentoring allows you to discover ,in a holistic way, the goals and tools to overcome barriers that hold you back. In this one-on-one session, together we will create the safe and courageous space to explore new ways to navigate your objectives.
Arts therapy at your place.
A custom delivery of art therapy for individuals or groups in residences, community locations and schools. This custom service is ideal for NDIS participants who would like their art therapy session to be delivered in their home. It is also ideal for schools wanting to run different types of groups targeting anxiety and stress, or socialisation groups.
EYC BESPOKE WELL-BEING WORKSHOPS
Tailored for your groups needs
Bespoke creative wellbeing workshops for groups. These can include: movement / drama, creative journaling activities, mask making, garden creating, art making and sand play. Group sizes are dependent on the space provided and can range from 6 to 15 people. Ideal for corporate or community group workshops.
