FEES AND PAYMENTS
Bespoke, EYC groups and mobile services will require a discussion and a service agreement. They will be formulated specifying fees, rights and responsibilities, cancellation terms and services offered.
One-on-one creative arts counselling and creative mentoring are sessions that last for one hour, with the flat fee of $150.00. This fee is the same for both face-to-face and online delivery.
I am a registered NDIS provider and service agreements would be created in accordance with the NDIA standards.
Payments can be made at the end of session by credit card or by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you make a short-notice cancellation, which is after 2 business days before the service provision, you will be charged 90% of the agreed price for the cancelled appointment.
For other cancellations, where you have provided notice of cancellation prior to the 2 business days of the scheduled service, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Where you fail, at short-notice or without notice, to keep the scheduled appointment, Lissette will make every effort to contact you, or your emergency contact to ensure your wellbeing.
Therapeutic sessions can be provided via an online platform in the event that there is a desire or requirement to do so.
