STORY OF AN ARTS THERAPIST
Welcome to Express Yourself Creatively. My name is Lissette Endacott, and I am a passionate creative arts therapist based in Forestville, on the Northern Beaches, Sydney. I believe that creativity is inherently healing and I am a person-centred, trauma-informed arts therapist. As a qualified arts therapist, registered NDIS provider and teacher I am committed to providing children, adolescents and adults with the best possible creative healing experience. My experience expands across several industries, teaching in schools, working in film, tv, theatre, charitable organisations and mental health hospitals.
Creativity is a way of learning about ourselves, helping us to come to terms with trauma, loss, grief and the complexity of our relationships. I believe healing and restoration are crucial aspects in navigating through life's journey.
"Where do we even start on the daily walk of restoration and awakening?
We start where we are."
